It is ASC's philosophy and strength to operate as a "niche" player in providing high caliber experienced professional specialist project staff to the international energy industry (currently mainly multi-national oil & gas companies). This policy is based on the following considerations:

Most project engineering staff are considered by the oil companies as non-core and are therefore to a large extent contracted-in.
